Hari Raya Aidilfitri Message

From the President of the Human Hearts Society
Tuan Haji Mohsain Badron

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,
and warm greetings of Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

As we welcome the joyous occasion of Hari Raya Aidilfitri, we express our deepest gratitude for the blessings and guidance that have accompanied us throughout the year. This sacred celebration reminds us of the enduring values of compassion, humility, forgiveness, and our shared responsibility to care for one another.

At the Human Hearts Society, our mission has always been to reach out and touch hearts — particularly those facing life’s most difficult moments. Through counselling, community programmes, skills development initiatives, and family support, we strive to walk alongside individuals and families so that no one has to face their struggles alone.

Like many organisations committed to serving the community, we encounter challenges in carrying out the duties and programmes outlined in our Constitution. Yet these challenges only strengthen our determination to persevere and continue serving to the best of our ability.

We recognise that we may not yet stand on equal footing with the many established organisations in Singapore’s helping sector. Nevertheless, we remain steadfast in our purpose and will not lose sight of our mission — to uplift lives, restore dignity, and nurture hope within our community.

On this meaningful occasion, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the many individuals and groups who have supported the journey of the Human Hearts Society.

My heartfelt thanks go to our committee members and members whose dedication and commitment continue to guide the organisation forward.

I am equally grateful to our volunteers, donors, supporters, strategic partners, and partners whose generosity, collaboration, and belief in our cause allow us to sustain our programmes and reach more people in need.

We also extend our appreciation to the many non-members and members of the public who have shown kindness, encouragement, and goodwill towards our efforts.

To our beneficiaries, we thank you for trusting us and allowing us to walk alongside you in your journeys of healing, rebuilding, and growth. Your resilience and courage inspire us to continue our work with greater dedication.

Finally, we thank our fellow citizens and the wider community whose spirit of compassion and unity strengthens the fabric of our society.

As we continue our efforts, the Human Hearts Society relies greatly on the goodwill and generosity of those who believe in our mission. Sustaining our programmes and maintaining our operations require consistent support. We humbly welcome those who are sincere in helping our cause to come forward — whether through partnership, volunteerism, or contributions — so that together we can continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of many.

Hari Raya reminds us that even the smallest act of kindness can bring light into someone’s life. Together, with unity and compassion, we can build a caring community where every individual is given the opportunity to heal, rebuild, and move forward with dignity and hope.

On behalf of the Human Hearts Society, I extend my heartfelt wishes to all Muslims celebrating:

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Maaf Zahir dan Batin.

May this blessed occasion bring peace, happiness, and renewed strength to you and your loved ones.

Warmest regards,

Tuan Haji Mohsain Badron
